Journaling reads: “Emma was out of town at Grandma’s house. So it was just you and me for the weekend of July 4th. We went swimming at the pool. We bought fireworks and set them off in the backyard. You had a blast doing that!! So did I! To finish off the weekend, we went to Kernersville to listen to music, get Kona Ice and watch the fireworks. We had a great time!”
